Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • The delivery timeframe accounts for both order preparation and shipping.  
  • Deliveries are not processed on weekends or German public holidays, and there are no shipments on Sundays and other holidays.  
  • Please allow an additional 1-2 days beyond the standard procedure during peak seasons. We appreciate your understanding during busy periods.  
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or Packstations.  
  • Shipping costs apply to individual customers for personal use only. Bulk and business orders may incur additional shipping fees.  


NOTE: Due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship orders to Belarus, and Russia.

CUSTOMS  

Please be aware that, depending on your order and your country, you may be responsible for paying local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which Voo Store cannot be held liable. If you refuse to pay these fees, it will result in a complete cancellation of your order. The transportation and customs clearance costs related to the cancellation will be deducted from your refund amount.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S. - TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE  

Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. will discontinue the de minimis exemption for orders below USD 800. As a result, all imports will require complete customs entry, which may lead to significant additional expenses (duties, taxes, clearance fees) and longer delivery times for U.S. customers.  

In light of these changes, we are temporarily halting shipments to the United States until further notice. We greatly appreciate our U.S. customers and look forward to resuming deliveries once the situation becomes more manageable.  

Returns and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you are welcome to request a full refund or exchange within 14 days since the package had been delivered.

Please note the following conditions:

There is no cancellation and exchange on made-to-order and custom-made pieces if the product has already gone into production. No return or exchanges on custom-made pieces.

The Customer shall first contact the customer service via e-mail at info@thebasicplus.com to inform it of his/her/its decision to use his/her/its right of withdrawal.
This policy applies only to items purchased from thebasicplus.com

Refund

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will reimburse the amount paid for the returned products (excluding any applicable customs duties) within a maximum of 14 days via bank transfer to the account associated with the credit card in the customer’s name.

Please be aware that deductions may apply if the value of the items has decreased due to excessive handling.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Items must be returned to us in flawless condition. Please ensure that all products are in the exact condition you received them.

All items that come in their own box must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, as this is considered part of the product. Be sure to place all products that come in a box inside another sturdy carton to protect the original packaging or wrap them in kraft paper as originally provided.

Taxes and duties

Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but exclusive of customs duties. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimate for the duty amount you will owe, but your local customs authorities should be able to give you a price estimate.

Insurance

Basic+ cannot be held liable for any actions, costs, taxes, or delays related to customs that are beyond its control.

Basic+ provides insurance for each purchase while it is in transit until it reaches you. All orders must be signed for upon delivery, at which point the responsibility for the shipment transfers to you. If you designate someone other than yourself for delivery, you acknowledge that their signature serves as adequate proof of delivery and fulfillment on our part.
