Please note that we do not guarantee that all products featured on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. We preserve the right to stop selling a product.

Orders can only be placed by a person that is 18 years or older.

We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Each purchase is subject to the version of the terms and conditions applicable at the date of submitting the order. Please inform yourself about the applying version of terms and conditions before submitting your order. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order are always the terms and conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version.

PLACING ORDERS

By using the website and/or placing an order on the website you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept the terms and conditions.

Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have proceeded to checkout and received the order confirmation email.

PRICES

Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but exclusive of customs duties. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimate for the duty amount you will owe, but your local customs authorities should be able to give you a price estimate.

The prices applied are those shown on the website at the time of ordering.

AVAILABILITY

All non-custom items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

If one of the ordered products is not available anymore, we shall contact you within 5 working days of the order date. You will then be able to confirm the order or cancel it.

In case of the order is cancelled, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

FABRICS

We use natural linen fabrics certified in Europe. You can check the OEKO TEX certificate here.

Also we use german viscose threads for embroidery. Yuu can check the OEKO TEX certificate here.

COLORS

The colors on the website may be different from the actual colors of the fabric. We are not responsible for the color accuracy of your device.

DELIVERY

We are working on demand or with a very little stock. Every piece is made-to-order in a limited quantity.

The delivery time depends on the number of orders and of the load of work. The maximal dispatch time for custom orders is 40 working days and for basic orders is 2 weeks from the day of the order.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed.

Worldwide deliveries are carried out by DHL Express.

You have the possibility to track the parcel on the website of DHL with the tracking number communicated in the email informing you of the order dispatch. In the event of delay, we cannot be responsible for any reason whatever. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind can be made against us.

PAYMENT

We offer several secure and convenient payment options.

You can choose from:

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

• PayPal: Pay easily using your PayPal account

• Local payment methods: Depending on your country, additional local payment options may appear at checkout (such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, etc.)

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never store your payment information.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITH COMPENSATION

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s) to return them (Except custom items). In Germany, the rules for the return of goods are governed by the Consumer Protection Act (BGB - Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch), in particular § 355 and § 356 BGB.

If the last day of the lead-time is a Saturday, a Sunday, or a Holiday, the lead-time is reported to the following working day.

Beyond this, we reserve the right to refuse the return or the refund. All enquiries must be sent to info@thebasicplus.com

EXCHANGES

There is no cancellation and exchange on made-to-order and custom-made pieces if the product has already gone into production. No return or exchanges on custom-made pieces.

The Customer shall first contact the customer service via e-mail at info@thebasicplus.com to inform it of his/her/its decision to use his/her/its right of withdrawal.

This policy applies only to items purchased from thebasicplus.com

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs shall be prior to purchase.
